When will the Car Dealer unlock? I am already at level 22 and there seems to be no dealership

- @michaelj200101 I've completed the game already, and I'm not aware of any Car Dealer, but you buy cars from the garage. Just select an empty spot in your garage and you can buy a car to place there.

Play the Story mission and gather up your crew first and then to find the Car Dealer
just look for the red behind the gas station icon.
