Car specific color wraps

I'm so curious about the car specific color wraps on some cars obtained from special events. When a player fails to get a car in any special events, car specific color wraps can still be obtained in any way or it is normally only obtainable from special event?

The visual modshop parts is OK, but the color wrap is the one that bothers me a bit.

Let's just say for example: I recently started a new BMW M5 special event, but failed because I didn't played the game for so long. And I started to like the green color wrap of the car. But I don't know if I obtained that car later, do I still have an alternate way of obtaining that color wrap of that car as well? Since I only completed that event on bronze tier which awarded me only 10 blueprints and have the replayable race unlocked in campaign for blueprints of BMW M5.
