Hi, if you're still encountering the loss of bank and cars, can you post your platform and account name? It'll help with looking into this.

Lost banks and cars... included the Regera, Mclaren MP1 race car, Mp1, and a lot of JDM cars...
Not playing until fix and if not fix, the subscription will be canceled...
