claiming NFS Heat on Prime Gaming.
I claimed NFS Heat on prime gaming a while back (9th of August to be exact) and still haven't received the game in my origin library like i was told i would by Amazon themselves.
i contacted EA the same day and they said it's and ongoing issue, but to this day still hasn't been resolved.
anyone know if this is still an ongoing issue??
like i said i've waited a while and its still not there, apparently Live chat can't do much but to assist me to come here.
Really hoping this issue gets sorted!
Hey @mr66rage we were seeing similar reports on Prime Gaming day that should be resolved by now, To confirm are you not seeing NFS Heat in the Origin or EA App clients? If we're missing it from both I would recommend reaching out to amazon support now to see if they can confirm if the game was successfully claimed.
