Code not sending to my email

I started a new account on nfs rivals and they tell me to login,i have created an account and put my email they sented later a code to my email which i put inside and it shows that it was right but whenever i clicked confirm it doesnt work it just stays in the same page

    If you are not receiving the codes, first check your email’s spam or junk folder. If the codes are still missing, you should contact EA Support for further assistance.

    No its not that i get the code and i put the code inside and it shows that the codes green(working)but when i prees confirm it never works it stays on the same page
