Connecting to EA Servers in Need For Speed Most Wanted 2013

hello,

i have Need For Speed Most Wanted 2013, whenever i open the game i get "You must be connected to ea servers to play in Multiplayer" and same if i try to use the autolog while playing.

i have an account in origin and account in ea site, but i don't know how to use them to play in multiplayer mode.

please help me
