Connection lost

Waited for 5 days after i purchased the game on playstation store, because of the connection lost then could finally play it for 43 min then connection lost again !! Can't get a refound from psn becau...

So I tried a new setup. According to the info you sent me to that page. I read it. One idea that I haven't tried is leaving upnp on. And put a ps4 in dmz mode which is pretty unsafe. Regardless I want to play your Game so I did it. I got through one mission. Then bam both of us disconnected. Is this still being investigated by ea for a server side fix or is this all customer end related as a guess? I've tried just about everything besides throwing my gaming setup across the room and try to knock something loose. My isp doesn't provide a 2nd ip which I was willing to pay for even though I don't have to do any of this on any game! Isn't gta 5 online like nfs? But more going on? And we do not have a problem. Please tell me it's not me and you are working on a solution and a eta?

I'm sorry for my anger. I just spent money on a game I cannot enjoy and say good things about yet. I do apologize for my attitude but you have to see my frustration. Over 10 years I've been a Playstation fan. Ea has been a huge part of my life. Bf 1942 battlefield 2 battlefield 3 battlefield 4 (2 copy ps4 and ps3 ) hardline. Nfs underground. Nfs underground 2 nfs pro street. I mean I've been a dedicated ea customer and I have never had problems like this before. Sure bf4 had its issues to start but constantly everyone was hearing about fixes and how things were gonna get better. We all stood by to watch it grow and become great. I've been playing games all night with my family and no issues to be known until nfs gets a retry and pray that it works which it doesnt. Thanks again.
