- Update your system
- Run a PSN network test
- Check PSN server status
- Check your network connection
- Set your data and time to automatic (this is related to the 00000064 error code)

Issues with receiving, redeeming or downloading owned content:
- Select [PlayStation™Network/Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate]
- Select [PlayStation™Network/Account Management] > [Restore Licenses]
- Reboot your console
PRIVACY, ONLINE AND ACCOUNT SETTINGS
This troubleshooting applies to you if you experience any of the below:
- This account does not meet the minimum requirements
- You require an EA account to access the online features of this game
- Unable to access Wraps or Community Content
You will have to change settings to allow online gameplay and sharing via the Privacy & Online Safety menu on your console. The below pictures detail how to change privacy settings on an Xbox One. Make sure that Anything and Everybody is selected:
