Constant lag spike during start, cooldown and end of cop pursuit

I have an issue with the game freezing for around 2 seconds every time a pursuit starts, cool-down and escape. it freezes each time the change over happens so every chase totals around 6 seconds on a...

    We have similar topic here: Stuttering framerate with a 980Ti

    The player in ^this topic reported that he only needed to turn off the Origin In-game & the problem was solved! 🙂

Game optimisation for PC's sucks really, I got some freezes too when cops chase me.

I have an ingame inlay with cpu % Gpu% ram use and disk use, at those moments when the game begin to freeze cpu use goes up to 95% (I think our intel i series dont like nfs :x )

I have an intel i5 4690K @4.1Gh and a sli of asus strix GTX960, and for yet only in NFS I can't get constant fps (even by turning it at 30max instead of 60)
