Hey everyone in our latest blog post! 🙂
STEERING WHEELS
At the end of the month, you’ll be able to plug in your own steering wheel to play Need for Speed Heat. We have tested the following models, but a few others might work as well:
- Thrustmaster T300RS (PS4, PC)
- Thrustmaster TX (Xbox, PC)
- Thrustmaster T150 (PS4, PC)
- Thrustmaster TMX (Xbox, PC)
- Logitech G29 (PS4, PC)
- Logitech G920 (Xbox, PC)
- Fanatec CSL Elite Racing Wheel (PS4, PC, XB1)
Make sure to connect your equipment before launching the game, and that your steering wheel is assigned to your user profile.
and more!

A race game with no wheel ,too bad .
I know ,having bought two games already ,looks like pay back will be my only game as far as NFS goes .
Pay back is the only game I am happy with ,no wheel ,no dice .
I was just going to order it and I see it doesn't have wheel support ,I already have two need for speed games that do not have wheel support and they are useless to me .
Well, i think that EA is just afraid, that if they add wheel support to NFS Heat, there will be gamers who will compare NFS steering to Forza Horizon - both games are quite similar and in Forza you get excellent simulator-like steering experience, where in NFS it's kind a suck's...
This game doesn't even support the Microsoft gamepad or the Logitech dual action...yes, those" most used arround the world" 20 years old gamepads that are compatible with 99.9% of the games in the world... are not even supported by this game...This is just a joke. It's "la Bérézina" in the game
It's such a joke. Even though they said it wont have wheel support at Launch why can't they just give us a straight awnser and confirm they plan to add it. Not like it's some super secret thing no ones done before it's simple wheel support. Again over the years it fair to say EA really don't care about their customers and to be so cryptic over something like this is childish and pathetic imo
It astounds me that EA continues to release racing games without wheel support. Furthermore the remastering of Burnout Paradise doesn’t have wheel support yet the original version does. If you don’t have split screen and/or wheel support you are a failure.
