Cops are op

I swear the cops in this game are gods. They will spawn out of nowhere. I did a heat 5 race and finished with out any cops on me. I was waiting for a cop to go by so i could make it to the safehouse and then out of nowhere a cop spawns right behind me amd i am busted. Lost all my rp and an ultimate+ part. They need to fix these cop bugs bad. So what do they do? They do an update that makes the cops even better. I love the game but hate playing because of the gods driving police cars. And everytime you evade the cops your car is damaged even more for some reason.
