CPU load 95 - 100%

Wrong it is not only NFS HEAT but also AC Origins and Odyssey.

Sorry if this is somewhere already but can you post detailed instructions for this? 

I've tried adding this from a text file and in the 'Need for Speed Heat' folder alongside the application etc but it is still causing issues with 100% load on cpu.

I9-9900k oc'd to 4ghz and I'm at 49% cpu with nfs heat running.

I'am facing the issue, that my computer is in NFS Heat not running at 75fps.

The usage of the gpu is below 50% (mis afterburner) and the fps in the menu hits the maximum of 43fps in the menu. In the game 33-35fps max and usage of the gpu is still under 50%.

Vsync is off. I also deinstalled Origin and NFS Heat. Did a regclean and installed new.

No changes. Drivers are up to date. My pc: https://www.sysprofile.de/id50974

Would be great to get some hints.

Forza Horizon 4 is running smooth at 75fps. Other games as well. Only NFS Heat is making probs.

I also tried the user.cfg hack with 6 cores and 12 core settings. No difference when applying the "hack":

im facing the same problem with 30-35 fps max with like 30% gpu usage and 20% cpu.

All updated drivers etc for my 2080ti and Ryzen 9 3900x.

Did anyone find a fix for that problem?

Same problem here, had to refund the game.

4790k and I'm hovering around 55fps in race with low gpu usage. I tried the .cfg file fix with no joy. What a mess. For reference, I can run FH4 at 100-120fps.
