Crashing and hard reset since new update while looking at milestones

So I had this same problem with the SlimJim Charger that they thankfully fixed last update. Well, with this one I go to look at the milestones for the Shelby GT500 from the Movie Pack and.....freeze....

Same problem here. It's only when I look at the sp OR mp milestones more than a minute or two that it freezes up solid. Anywhere else it's ok. After the 3rd time in about 3 or 4 hours, I ended up having to UNPLUG the ps3 from the wall because holding the on/off button, even for up to 20 seconds, wouldn't shut it down. omg, one of the worst things to do to our systems! wtf
