Crew members missing when start a race

Me and my friend get into a zone and can see each other then either one starts a race and accept the crew invite , then the person who started the race can see all the racers but the invited crew memb...

I did personally experience similar issues in other games, mostly that had to do with port forwarding. Therefore, definitely give the following guide a look as well:

http://help.ea.com/en/article/improve-your-connection-to-need-for-speed/ --you can either forward your ports or choose to enable UPNP on your router.

    I have already setup my router previously opening the specific ports , setup a static IP and so fourth I have a open NAT and I did the same for my mates Xbox before Need for speed

    We able to play other games no problem and both be hosts
