Totally agree with what you said in your first part. I'm also getting Visual Points more than often and it's frustrating as hell.
I also agree with your second part, but it's been like that since I've started playing in around February. To add to your point, if the developers were to replace the maxed out cars with new ones, they should also consider doing this for the black market because for me the blueprint for Ford Fiesta ST has been sitting there like forever, and it's only a matter of time before I also max out the Viper as well.
Totally agree with both of you guys. Hope people who makes the decisions take this post in their minds
