Just wondering if you could clarify what you class as hooning in NFS? As one of the dailies yesterday was to start 3 pursuits by hooning and on multiple attempts on two accounts just could not get this done but was able to complete the others quite easily. In an attempt to start a pursuit I was doing dounts in front of a patrol car in the middle of an intersection and it drove straight pass, I was sure that would've work
