Data Loss

I use To Play On Ps4 And When I Switched To Ps5 To Play NFS Heat All My Data Deleted. After Hours And Dedication. It Starts Off With My 1st Car And Low Money and 8 REP..... I Think I Am Going To Delete The Game...

    @UpChasingDreams 

    Were you able to see the saved data for Heat when you went to Settings > Application Data Management > Saved data in Online Storage > Download to System Storage? 

    Also, I'm heading out for the couple of days shortly here. If I don't respond, I'd recommend contacting an advisor to see if they can help.     Hi there, @UpChasingDreams 

    Unfortunately, Need For Speed Heat doesn't offer cross-generation play. All your progress should still be available on your PS4, but it won't carry over to your PS5.

    Yea i understand that but when i load in it Starts me off with my crew and my first car i created which is weird...other than that everything else is gone.....

    I also played a few weeks back on my ps5 and still had everything which is more weird.....

    Thanks for those details. Try downloading your online storage with the steps here. Let me know if that helps or not.

    I tried Doing That From My Cloud But Nothing...It Shows Me I Have A lot Of Data But Still Nothing....

    That's stupid all that time was for nothing y'all need to fix this and make it cross platform so people don't end up waisting time on any of your games if the plan to upgrade there consoles because who is going to want to start from the very very beginning no body.
