nfs heat won't launch pc

Hi bmzeuss​, I'm sorry to hear that NFS Heat isn't launching.

Since you've already verified the game files, updated your graphics drivers, and reinstalled the game, please try the following:

1. Clear the EA app cache:
   • Open the EA app
   • Click the menu icon ☰ > Help > App Recovery
   • Select Clear Cache and restart your PC
2. Run both the EA app and the game as Administrator:
   • Close the EA app completely
   • Right-click the EA app and select Run as administrator
   • Launch the game again
3. Temporarily disable any overlays or background applications such as Discord Overlay, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, GeForce Experience Overlay, or similar software, as these can sometimes prevent the game from launching.

Please give these steps a try and let us know how that goes.

Could you please let me know the exact error message you're receiving, if any, and which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? Also, if you have any additional details that you feel are relevant, feel free to share them. 

I tried deleting and reinstalling the game & Ea app,Clearing the EA cache,repaired the EA app,changed the Time setting,Turned off EA Overlay,Everything is updated. I later Installed Dead space which runs fine. When checking the AMD Graphics App It's shows Preparing the game... I believe it's eacefsubprocess.exe is blocking the game launch.It starts by showing Preparing  Game then Automatically minimize the EA app window when i try to launch the game.(I purchased it on steam)

Thanks for sharing what you’ve already tried. Since Dead Space launches normally, this may be specific to NFS Heat’s launch through Steam, the EA app, or the AMD game profile.

Could you try these steps?

1. Fully close Steam and the EA app, then restart your PC.
2. Run both Steam and the EA app as administrator.
3. Make sure you’re signed into the EA account linked to Steam.
4. Verify the NFS Heat game files through Steam.
5. Temporarily disable overlays/background tools, including AMD overlay, Steam overlay, Discord overlay, MSI Afterburner/RivaTuner, or recording software.
6. In AMD Software, reset the NFS Heat game profile or reset AMD Software settings to default.
7. Try launching NFS Heat again from Steam.

If it still won’t launch after this, please share a DxDiag so we can take a closer look.
