Daytime losing cash/rep if busted??

@EA_David I wonder how is it that when free roaming,In daytime when busted you lose percentage of bank/lose rep...but when you escape the cops heat resets and no rep is gain, I believe some type of balance should be implemented here. A lot of the game balance is at night through gameplay perspective,as for the cops being more aggressive at night which is good
