Deluxe Edition upgrade will get Speed Cross or not?

I am planning to buy deluxe edition upgrade and I want to know that will the speed cross DLC will be free or not?

    I bought the upgrade yesterday and yes it add the speedcross dlc. Everything work fine ... Concerning the upgrade to deluxe edition.

    Yes deluxe gets the speed cross pack free
