Does EA plan to update the NFS Network app for android and apple anytime soon?

And what if the same problem I asked for help before, wants me to call this time and there isn't chat option anymore as used to be?

They usually tells me that I should wait over 50 minutes for a call, and chat option says only 30 minutes, so it isn't the fastest way in my opinion.

If this EA help would be still available for my language, I would call for them, but because EA deleted it, it's much harder now to get help for my issue.

It would be better for us all, who's native language isn't English that we can have at least two options and not just one what can take almost 1h to wait it.

My Phone keeps telling me that "This app's creator haven't updated this for the latest iOS 11". I came in EA Help searching for help, and all I got was just Really short call where guy, who seemed like he wanted to get rid of me in seconds, said that "Watch this link for fixing your phone". It's not my Phone's fault that EA haven't updated it! I kept telling him that, but he just told me to watch that link. So then I watched it, and As I knew it, it didn't help at all. And that guy closed the chat, so I couldn't explain him that. After I tried to contact Chat again, they told me "you can only Call, and not chat, and you must wait 50 Minutes".

Can someone from EA please solve my problem? It clearly keeps telling me that EA haven't updated this app, so can some of you go watch that app and see if it has an update for iOS 11 (the newest one for iPhone)? And if not, could you make it updated? At least guy, from who I asked this before this newest guy, said that it isn't deleted or anything. 

I had a similar problem but in IOS 11 you can’t even download it. It says EA has to update it for IOS 11.
