Hi, can I check if you guys are playing with more than one account on the system, and if the account you're using is the same one with the EA Access subscription who initially downloaded the trial?
If you restart your system from the power menu and just log in with the main account (with EA Access) does the issue still occur? - @EA_David For me; yes I'm using correct account, and the issue still occurs after restarting the console. ☹️
- @EA_David I am also having this issue. I only have one primary account and I was playing this yesterday evening
