Ea access for NFS heat not working

I downloaded NFS heat on my ps4 to play the 10hr trial, but it has a lock on the game and says cannot use content. what a joke
need for speed heat

@EA_David I am also having this issue. I only have one primary account and I was playing this yesterday evening
