I contacted EA Help Live Chat, and they said have documented the bug / issue.
I've attached some screenshots of what Live Chat said and wondered if anybody had a similar response when contacting support.
Going off of previous forum posts, do I believe them? I know I'm not "the first to report this issue" so the guy on support was already lying, it's been nearly a month and still no update. It's so disappointing, letting a quality game like this waste away.
