I am not seeing any current issues relating to this. Can you go through the relevant connectivity troubleshooting below and let us know how you get on please:

I just checked, and I was able to login just a few minutes ago (before this post). Unlike some other NFS games that include daily, weekly, or monthly leaderboards, Shift 1 only has all time leaderboards, so I can't tell if there has been recent activity which could have updated something like weekly leaderboard stats if they existed.
