Error code 0003080F in nfs heat
Is anyone else getting this? Does anyone know how to fix it. It says item synchronization failed. But I'm still able to play solo

I had in nfs heat 4 millions and now I don't have anything what happened?
- @beedy192 I also have this problem I literally could get on the game on a other account but not mine it’s so weird I’ve tried deleting and re downloading the game I’ve tried resetting my ps5 I’ve tried resetting the internet nothing works

I have done all that you have as well. I cleared cache and rebuilt database to clear anything in the system. I also deleted my save data from console(kept in cloud data incase of fix) and the same issues happens. Hopefully something on EA’s end and a fix comes. Sorry you’re facing similar issues.
Ok...it seems I managed to counter the problem by just attempting LOADS of times...just keep buying it over and over again until it finally works. It works for me after like 6-8 attempts.
Beware that this method seems to sometimes cause your money to disappear. Better than not being able to buy anything and rendering progression impossible though.
EDIT: THE ITEMS DIDN'T DISAPPEAR, they were actually in my inventory, I just had to equip them from there. The error that appeared prior and I thought the items disappeared is a message that said "failed to update customization" or something like that
