Data vanished from cloud and local saves

Hello, 
I have been playing NFS Heat since its release, and have about 121 hours on it. Suddenly, all my data has vanished from the local and cloud saves. all my hard work, memories, cars, just gone. the game reset itself basically. i literally finished the game and was at rep level 50 or higher. i tried contacting with support multiple times and they were sadly never able to help me. i was given the suggestion by one of them to post a thread and i might get some real help. I used to play this game across my PC and Laptop. i have proof in the attachment i put of my data, it is my steam achievements. im considering to maybe refund the game if i can, but i really dont want to and want to try my best to get my data back, so if anyone could PLEASE HELP with this it would be amazing.
