Error code 69 ps4

I keep getting error code 69, telling me I have to be connected to an EA server whenever I am trying to start the game. My PSN works just fine but I can't log in. This is an used game.

@Straatford87, I have the same error appearing on my PS4. In my case that's a new game I've purchased online via PS store.

I've tried opening ports, restarting devices and clearing game data ( at which point I've lost my progress and had to start over ). None of the options helped.

In the same time I can play other games (non-EA, NFS is only EA game I have so far) online without any problems. PS4 reports that Internet connection is working fine. Is there anything else that can be done to make game work?

What does the error message state? Could you once more link the exact error code here?

    Actually I've just tried again and it worked. I can't say what was wrong. Anyway, thanks for your attention 🙂

      Also keep getting error code 00000069

    It gives error code 00000069 and only reason I got this problem is cause Hall banned me on ps3 for no reason and now I can't play with anyone
