Error Code: 80060000 trouble connecting/item system synchronization fail

For the past 2 days I have not been able to play online on NFS Heat. I have PS plus and I play on PS4; until now I have never experienced any issue like this or any issues at all with my console or this game. Can you help or anyone?

I just got this thought i got banned for me leaving an online game while in a police chase because i had to go soon so i closed app and its been an issue since today plus i also couldnt customize my plates either

It’s been going on for a while and they still haven’t fixed it, it’s a real shame
