Error need for speed no limits

I have redownload need for speed no limits and when it started up it asked for my Google account sign in when I put it in it says account already in use, so I can't access my old account. Can anyone help with this and has anyone else having the same problem???

Hello shanebirkin83,
If the account is already in use, then you will have access your old account or start playing with a new one. You can try talking with EA support, but I believe they can't assist you in this specific game.

I see that the problem is solved. How? It persists with me even after updating to Android 16.

It is not the case to have 2 Google accounts on your phone. I only have one account, but instead of connecting to it, the game tells me that “this account already exists on your device”, as if it's trying to create a new account instead of connecting to the existing one.

Same for me, after last week's update. Although my name appears at the beginning and I appear logged into the player profile, the “sign in” button appears on the homepage. Also since then I can't access “crews” because it tells me to log in, sends me to Google play, checks my info, I put in my email address and the answer is “this account already exists on your device”. Which is exactly what shanebirkin83 says.
I reinstalled the game, no change. I'm playing on a Google Pixel 8 Pro on which worked OK before.
