Event and fuel refreshes

For event replays:

It depends on whether players are close or far from the reset time of all replays for some events that can be replayed. It resets at a certain time. For my time, it resets at 12 pm EDT and 2 am EDT.

For example, if I use up all of my replays for one event and if I'm close to the reset time....I will only have to wait a few minutes and then I can replay the same event for another three times.

If I use up all of my replays for one event and if I'm far from the reset time.....then I will have to wait for hours to replay the same event three times.

For fuel:

Players can have a maximum of 10 fuels. It takes ten minutes to get one fuel.

10 fuels x 10 minutes = 100 minutes to get 10 fuels (or 1 hour and 40 minutes to get 10 fuels)

It takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to get 10 fuels.
