Extra garage updates?

Hi there.
When i started up my game just now, i got a call from Marcus Weir talking about ''two new available garages'' and that it's time ''for a splurge''. I do get a lot of repeated calls from characters during the game, like the one about Mac's soap or Jess being hungry so is this just a call that i've missed earlier in the game that i've missed or are there some actual new garages? I've already got all of the original four. Whenever i search for new updates online it takes days for game pages to talk about them, Ghost rarely posts them online it seems and my game downloads automatically so i never get a message informing me of an update. Would be cool if this is the case as it means Ghost is adding stuff and we might get the bigger updates soon!
