Factory reset PS4 - Progress Gone

Good morning, when I wanted to sell my ps4, I did a factory reset, but it changed because of the high prices of other consoles, but when I reinstalled nfs heat after the reset, I didn't have my accou...

    @9985312358 NFS Heat progress is saved locally, after the factory reset you can check if Sony has any saves in their cloud it not we would be unable to restore the progress unless you have it backed up somewhere else.
