Feedback Suggestion – NFS Underground & Most Wanted Revival
Hi EA ,Criterion Team,
I’m a longtime fan of the Need for Speed franchise, and I wanted to share something I—and many others—have been hoping for:
Please consider bringing back the spirit of the Underground and Most Wanted (2005) era. Those games were iconic because they focused on:
- Street racing at night
- Realistic police chases
- Deep car customization
- And most importantly, relatable cars
One thing that made Underground and Most Wanted so special was the focus on everyday cars — like the Nissan 350Z, Golf GTI, Eclipse, or E36 BMW — that we could actually imagine owning and modifying. Racing in a Lambo or Ferrari on the street just doesn’t feel the same. These hypercars don’t match the vibe of underground racing culture.
A return to raw, street-level racing with realistic car progression and gritty urban environments would hit home for so many fans. Whether it’s a remake or a new game inspired by those classics, please bring back:
- Affordable tuner cars
- Meaningful upgrades
- A killer soundtrack
- A feeling of rising through the ranks
Thanks for keeping NFS alive. Just know there’s a huge community that still dreams of a new title with the soul of Underground and Most Wanted.
