FPS ON PlayStation 5

I don't like playing Need for Speed ​​2015, Heat, and Payback at 30 fps. I have a powerful console, but it's locked to 30 fps, making it impossible to play at 60 fps or higher on last-gen consoles. I don't like this because I have a mobile device, and it's impossible to play at 30 fps; it's a real eyesore. Will there be any updates for these games? Because I don't think I'm the only PlayStation owner who faces this problem. I think many people would replay these games, or those who haven't played them yet would happily buy them.
