flashing and glitching screen, no other fixes worked?

My screen flashes and shows odd graphic glitches constantly. I tried lowering graphics, turning on vsync, switching windowed to full screen, repairing game, resetting all content in folder, reinstalling game, and updated my graphics card. Any ideas?
