FPS drops on gtx 970. Patch?

My cfg: MSI GTX 970 Gaming Intel Core i7-4790 8gb RAM Latest nvidia driver 388.13 Will be a patch with optimization?

I just want to confirm that as posted above by @devdenny, we are investigating performance issues on relatively high spec hardware.

You wouldnt have an estimate of when this patch will come? Atm I cant play the game cause of the heavy stutterings that affects the handling of the car and I really would love to dive properly into this game :/
