Audio Crash in NFS No Limits

Hello Sirs,

There is an audio crash in NFS no limits game. It is happening when i either minimize the game on my mobile Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra or even while watching in game ads.

I tried everything like updates of phone and game, no solution and it is saying that EA games has to fix it.

Kindly advise please.
