Trying to play since day one, and this issue still persists. Too bad...
It is not the hardware for sure. I've got a lot of stuttering with 1080ti. ☹️
I have 3570k with 16gb and gtx 1060 6gb and the game runs very well even on utra but the stutters kill the game
