Hello everyone,
The studio is currently investigating the frame rate issue you reported in this thread and would like to ask you for further information.
In order to examine the issue the studio would really appreciate if you could provide the DxDiag of your computer.
The Dxdiag (Direct X Diagnostic Report) provides valuable information that are actually useful to analyse this specific situation.
To gather a DXDIAG on your computer, please follow the steps described in this article:

Once the document is ready, please remove the second line where the computer name is displayed and post the information below in a Spoiler tag.

lucifier007: no amount of updates is gonna fix the fact that you are running a 8400gs, that card was made in 2007 and even then it was the slowest card of the 8000 series graphic cards.
these are the recommend graphic cards to run this game:Graphics Card: DirectX 11 compatible with 1024 MB RAM (NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560 or ATI RADEON 6950)

dont work to set high priority in task manager? its a game code issue. high machine and game runs otrasne

@grimcin well if my Graphic card can run burnout paradise @60fps then it can run this game also at mid settings and also its not a matter of hardware as you have seen in earlier posts those with high rigs are also facing this problem
