Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

I remeber when this game came out i've had PS2 and stay all night playing this game, and now when i play new most wanted for couple of minutes and i get pissed off logging out of the game so pissed off not even a lil bit of joy from playing the new game!!!!!!!!!
