I have isolated this issue to be solely with NFSH as my G29 works with other games. Have tried starting GHUB as admin prior to launching Steam or the game. have tried running that order without steam with no luck. Hope we get some response here.
All, I have a fix. Download the old Logitech Gaming Software. Do not use GHUB and make sure its not running while using the old software.

All of my steam games (forza horizon 4, assetto corsa, beamng, carx, torque drift) are working properly using G29 with Ghub, except Nfs Heat. Nfs heat won't detect G29 using Ghub. When i downgraded my Ghub to older Logitech Gaming Software, Nfs heat detected my G29 and worked properly, but my other games won't work. EA should do something about it. I don't want to downgrade my Ghub to Logitech Gaming Software just to make Nfs heat working and make my other games not working.

To everyone else looking through comments, stop. Just install the old Logitech gaming software, run it and launch nfs heat. You don't have to remap buttons or none of that.
