Game breaking bug on MANUAL gearbox with controller

Product: Need for Speed Heat
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Simple: your GENIUS developers bound the LB button to both: SHIFT DOWN and BRIBE THE COPS (and it's impossible to fix because you didn't implement controller button customization) so.. you go around raising your heat, and every time a cop starts a chase, at the first gear down shift, you automatically pay (loose!) 10K to stop the chase (which is the whole point of the game!!) THIS IS A SERIOUS GAME BREAKING "BUG" (and it also occurs with several other actions that are bound to RB - example: SHIFT UP and at the same time ENTER GARAGE - but these are less game breaking)
What car were you using? BMW M3
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? A night cop chase
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? JUST PLAY THE GAME, DUMBO DEV
What happens when the bug occurs? YOU JUST RUIN THE WHOLE GAME EXPERIENCE - CAN'T DO WHAT IS THE MAIN GOAL OF THE GAME
What do you expect to see? A VERY QUICK FIX

You don't really need any support material to understand this. Just make your devs do their job. This is utterly ridiculous. Beta testing anyone?

(although this wouldn't even require beta testing.. was your dev hangover when he chose key bindings?)

    Exactly, this really shouldn't be a thing. Seems like this game was rushed, would've had a 10/10 if they actually spent time on the game.

    Everything seems to be glitchy, unfinished and basic settings and features neglected.

    its a shakudary of madness!

    cant rebind? bribe!

    but really lets let the developers feel like doodoo for not being about to allow consumers to change key bindings.

    nfs payback shifting was with the right stick, up/ down - this worked so so so so so much more phenomenal than a button.

    @K11viper11K Yep, im really disappointed with this, bought game and found that i had to use automatic gears, really annoying! i want my money back or game fixed soon as possible!

    @K11viper11K Omg thanks so much for making this thread I'm a manual transmission user on heat and I wonder how much money I lost while accidently bribing the cops when I was just trying to downshift I love l1 and R1 as the shift up and down button but please ea and ghost games change the bribe cops keybind
