I have a problem with creating a crew in nfs heat, I've tried all the ways, I've updated the game, I've turned the console off and on but to no avail, the error has persisted for 2 days. I don't know what else to do, I can't get the PlayStation trophy

Hello ! I tried, when I'm in the garage it appears to me to see the team's garage but when I go to the social page it appears that I'm not part of any team, I tried to create a team but I get an error in the image. I've quit the game twice, I've deleted the game data, I've restarted the console but it's the same. I'd like to join a team and at level 1 I want to get the trophy with max crew.
What language is your game in? Are you playing it in English?
Sistem language PS is USA English
I have found a few old posts that say that you should change the language to English (UK) because for some reason that could be making the issue.
If that does not work, the only other thing I can recommend is that you try talking with EA support.
It doesn't change anything, I wrote to them but I don't think they will solve anything, thank you for your support
