My vehicle PR not increasing in Live event

Hi !

This is about  Special events (Live event.). I'm playing since yesterday and winning races and filling the material slots to upgrade the car but the PR is stuck,it's not increasing and without the increase in the PR l cannot proceed further. I even made in game purchase of materials and filled the slot but nothing happens. PR of the car does not increase at all.
