Game started all over from the beginning

Yesterday I downloaded NFS No Limits and played the game still level 6. I even had 4 cars. But last night at around 2 am when I opened the game, it started all over from the beginning. All my save data have been lost. I have even tried the data download option but nothing happens. Please kindly help me out.
