same problems, daytime in and out of city is fine, nighttime city races and cop chases , altho not as much as before the patch still drops frames nad microstutters sometimes.

Running 388.43 drivers on a fresh win 10 x64 pro install, gtx1080, 16gb of 3000mhz ddr4, and a ryzen 1600x, so no problem whatsoever on the hardware side of things especialy since im only playing on 1080p.
