Getting a sign in change occurred while playing.

How come i’m Getting a sign-in change occurred. It keeps kicking me out back to the home screen before I even finish the prologue. How do I fix this?

Thanks for all the suggestions.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and update and now it’s working.  Knock on wood.
