Thank you for your feedback and noted.
ON the same incident disappeared also about 23k scrap, i lost many things because after logout and login again game start with the race shown as not completed but tickets gone.
Ref gold is not first time when missing but in the past was 10 to 80 gold which is not significant (although is annoying and lead EA to a not so reliable game company). At the end of the day is my time lost and if similar happened in the future I will stop playing along with my 2-3 other friends which started to play in the same time 😉

I also had problems with the game, I lost everything after 8 months of play.
Luckily I found a member of the staff of Firemonkeys very kind and courteous that made me recover my account.
Unfortunately, it can happen even to a large company.
What I can do is this, when you play last time manually manually saving data over cloud, so you will not have any more problems in the future.Hello,
Well noted your advice, thank you. Unfortunately lost of gold appear to happened when was made cloud upload (not 100% sure). Apparently if game cache is removed from phone than you lose something (game progress, cash, tickets, gold...). The problem here is that I made cloud update (manual) few days back when I was at around 2000 gold and the game did not make proper upload. On 29 July, when having 2 more rounds to finish the event, game start being very slow, cannot connect normal to account and freezing during race. At that time i save to cloud and was showing 2128 gold (or close), after cloud update game crash completely and cannot login to game; after few attempts, luckily, I was able to complete the event, than until next morning i was not able to login to game, always say that data was not possible to be downloaded from cloud.
Until now no one from stuff contacted me and I wonder if they will ever do it 🙂
