Same Problem here:

Please... EA... Whats going on?

Same problem with an LG OLED B9 and 2080Ti. Dolby Vision kicks on and the game goes to black screen. I can hear the sound. Game is playable if I go to windows and turn HDR off before launching. Please address.
EA, can you fix this issue please, seriously ?
Can you at least, answer to this thread/post ?
3 Weeks and the game is still no playable normally for Dolby Vision TV owner, why ???
Also, yes the HDR "works" in bordeless windowed when HDR is ON in Windows 10 but this is not real HDR, also performance of the game is ridiculous when playing in borderless mode, Full screen is much more stable with more FPS. (and i have a 2080 Ti + 3900X + 32GB3733 C14 ...)
I cannot believe that I still have to restart my computer when I exit this game in order to be able to use my computer.
I did figure out that if you alt+enter when you get the black screen while the game is still running (this happens randomly), it will solve the issue...until it happens again.
Let me repeat my post HOW TO FIX DOLBY VISION BLACK SCREEN WHEN LAUNCHING THE GAME: use fresh driver install or DDU, set RGB 8bit Limited. Only then DV will work without problem and 100%. Also, game sometimes after launch pushes RGB to FULL and its colors are looking reversed. Just task switch to NCP and switch back to Limited. Screen will go black but task switch alt tab blindly to the game and it will work too. Unfortunately black screen after quiting the game is present and just do soft reset🙂
You need to set nvidia control panel to 4:2:2 12bit limited for dolby vision to work properly.
